A call centre for businesses that can't staff one.
Most small businesses in Bangladesh can't pay a team to answer the phone day and night. Aurabotix does the answering part of a call centre — in Bangla and English, 24/7 — for a fixed monthly fee, and hands anything that needs a person to your team.
A call centre does three jobs. It picks up every call, it answers the common questions, and it passes the rest to the right person. Large companies pay a team to do that. A clinic, a shop or a real estate agency usually has one person on the phone, who is also doing five other things.
So calls get missed — after 8pm, during the lunch rush, on Fridays and holidays. Nobody counts them, because a missed call leaves no record. The customer simply calls someone else.
An AI call centre (also called an AI call center or AI voice agent) does the first two jobs itself and hands over the third. It answers in Bangla or English, takes the customer's details, and sends your team a short summary.
What it handles on its own
- Picks up calls on your existing number, plus WhatsApp and website chat.
- Answers prices, stock, opening hours, delivery, fees and other common questions from information you approve.
- Takes the caller's name, number and what they need, and sends it to your team straight away.
- Books appointments against your live calendar on the Always-On Front Desk and Managed Reception plans.
- Speaks Bangla or English, depending on how the caller speaks.
- Answers many callers at once — no queue, no hold music.
- Keeps a record of every conversation, so you can see what customers asked.
What it does not do
- It does not make outbound calls. No telemarketing and no calling from a number list — it handles incoming calls and messages only.
- It never closes a sale or negotiates. It gathers the enquiry and hands a warm lead to your team.
- It starts on overflow and after-hours traffic only — calls your team is already answering keep going to your team.
- When it does not know something, it says so and passes the caller on rather than guessing.
What a human call centre team costs
In Bangladesh, a call operator's salary is roughly BDT 11,000 to 28,000 a month (Paylab salary data, small sample). One person covers about one shift. A line that answers day and night, seven days a week, needs four or five people once you count three shifts, days off and leave. That is roughly BDT 60,000 to 100,000 a month in salaries alone, before a supervisor, desks, phones and training.
What Aurabotix costs in Bangladesh
- Missed Enquiry Cover — BDT 40,000 setup, BDT 15,000 a month. 250 voice minutes and 2,000 chat messages. Covers missed, busy and after-hours calls.
- Always-On Front Desk — BDT 65,000 setup, BDT 27,500 a month. 600 voice minutes and 6,000 chat messages. Adds appointment booking and call transfer.
- Managed Reception — BDT 120,000 setup, BDT 55,000 a month. 1,500 voice minutes and 15,000 chat messages. For several departments and high call volume.
- 30-day pilot — BDT 20,000, credited in full against setup.
If your calls average two minutes, 250 minutes covers about 125 calls a month and 600 minutes about 300. We work this out with you on the first call, so you don't buy a plan that runs out mid-month. Full details are on the pricing page.
Be clear about what you are buying. An AI agent does not replace a good salesperson or the person who handles complaints. It replaces the ringing phone that nobody picks up.
What a call sounds like
Illustrative example: a customer calls a tools shop at 9:40pm, after closing.
Customer: আসসালামু আলাইকুম। আপনাদের এই ড্রিলটা কি স্টকে আছে?
(Is this drill in stock?)
Agent: ওয়ালাইকুম আসসালাম। জি, স্টকে আছে। আপনি কি কাল শোরুমে আসবেন, নাকি আমাদের সেলস টিম আপনাকে কল করবে?
(Yes, it's in stock. Will you come to the showroom tomorrow, or should our sales team call you?)
Customer: কাল সকালে কল দিলে ভালো হয়।
(A call tomorrow morning would be good.)
Agent: ঠিক আছে। আপনার নামটা বলবেন? এই নম্বরেই কল করা হবে।
(Fine. Could you tell me your name? We'll call you on this number.)
Your team gets: Rafi, asked about the cordless drill, wants a call tomorrow morning — with his number and the full conversation attached.
Already live in Bangladesh
Aurabotix runs the AI agent for Total Tools (professional tools) and Decakila (home appliances), two brands of Manoshi Group. Their customers ask very different questions, and one engine answers both, in Bangla and English.

What is an AI call center?
It is software that answers your business's incoming calls and messages like a trained first-line agent. It answers common questions from information you approve, takes the customer's details, and passes anything complex to a person on your team.
How much does an AI call center cost in Bangladesh?
Aurabotix has three plans in Bangladesh. Missed Enquiry Cover is BDT 40,000 setup and BDT 15,000 a month. Always-On Front Desk is BDT 65,000 setup and BDT 27,500 a month. Managed Reception is BDT 120,000 setup and BDT 55,000 a month. Most businesses start with a 30-day pilot at BDT 20,000, credited in full against setup.
Can it make outbound calls?
No. Aurabotix handles incoming calls and messages only. It does not do telemarketing and does not call customers from a list.
Do I need a new phone number?
Usually not. It works alongside your existing phone line, WhatsApp and website. The exact connection depends on your phone provider, and connecting the phone line is part of setup.
How long does setup take?
Two to three weeks for a full setup. A paid pilot goes live in three to five working days. Both start on missed and after-hours calls only, so your team keeps the calls it already answers.
Other places this pays for itself.
Thirty minutes. Three answers.
