A setup fee, then a monthly that keeps it working.
Every figure is on this page — the three plans in both currencies, what each allowance covers, what a top-up costs, and exactly what happens if you run out. Nothing is quoted on request.

Setup is a one-time fee, paid 50% on start and 50% on go-live. Monthly figures are the monthly-billing rate — six months paid up front takes 10% off, a year takes 20%. Prepaid terms are not refundable mid-term; monthly stays cancellable on 30 days notice. SIP and telephony call charges are billed by your own carrier.
What is included in every plan
- A voice agent, a WhatsApp agent and a website widget — not one channel, all three.
- Answers built from your own product, price and service information.
- Bangla and English.
- Lead capture with a record of every conversation.
- Hosting, monitoring and email support answered within one business day.
What separates the plans
- Basic suits a business with under about 50 products. One tuning and content update a month. Lead-forward notification is a BDT 2,000 / USD 20 monthly add-on, and SIP or Twilio integration a BDT 3,000 / USD 30 one-time add-on.
- Pro adds retrieval across a full catalogue of more than 100 products, includes both of those add-ons, and gives you two content updates a month.
- Pro Max is a full AI receptionist: call transfer to the right department, appointment booking against live availability, PABX or IP telephony over SIP, and priority support with on-demand tuning.
Running out of allowance
This is the part most people want pinned down, so it is worth stating plainly. Voice is counted in minutes and chat in messages. Nothing is ever billed in arrears. You are warned at 70, 85 and 95 percent. If an allowance runs out the agent pauses instead of spending your money, and a top-up restores it immediately. Unused top-up carries into the next month.
- 200 voice minutes + 2,000 chat messages — BDT 5,000 or USD 50
- 500 voice minutes + 5,000 chat messages — BDT 12,000 or USD 120
The 30-day pilot
If you would rather see it working in your own business before committing, there is a paid pilot at BDT 20,000 or USD 500: everything in Basic scoped to one language and one use case, 100 voice minutes and 1,000 chat messages, leads to email, live in three to five working days. It is credited in full against the setup fee of whichever plan you go on to. On day 31 you pay the remainder of that setup fee plus your first month, or the agent switches off. Nothing rolls over automatically.
Pricing questions, answered without hedging.
How much does an AI voice agent cost in Bangladesh?
Aurabotix has three plans. Basic is BDT 50,000 setup plus BDT 15,000 a month and includes 200 voice minutes and 2,000 chat messages. Pro is BDT 70,000 setup plus BDT 22,000 a month with 350 voice minutes and 4,000 chat messages. Pro Max is BDT 80,000 setup plus BDT 35,000 a month with 600 voice minutes and 6,000 chat messages.
What does an AI voice agent cost internationally?
For businesses outside Bangladesh the same three plans are USD 1,000 setup and USD 180 a month for Basic, USD 1,500 and USD 320 for Pro, and USD 2,000 and USD 600 for Pro Max. The included allowances are identical to the Bangladesh plans.
What happens if I go over my monthly minutes?
Nothing is billed in arrears and there is no per-minute overage charge. You are warned at 70, 85 and 95 percent of your allowance. If the allowance is used up the agent pauses rather than spending your money, and a top-up restores it immediately. Unused top-up carries into the next month.
How much does a top-up cost?
Two blocks. BDT 5,000 or USD 50 buys 200 voice minutes plus 2,000 chat messages. BDT 12,000 or USD 120 buys 500 voice minutes plus 5,000 chat messages. Top-ups are paid up front, never billed afterwards.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free trial, but there is a paid 30-day pilot at BDT 20,000 or USD 500. It includes everything in Basic scoped to one language and one use case, 100 voice minutes and 1,000 chat messages, leads delivered to email, and it goes live in three to five working days. The pilot fee is credited in full against the setup fee of whichever plan you continue on.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
Monthly billing has no lock-in — cancel any time with 30 days notice. Six-month and yearly plans are paid in advance in exchange for 10 and 20 percent off the monthly rate respectively, and are not refundable mid-term. The setup fee is non-refundable once build work has started.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Running and hosting the agent, the minute and message allowance, monitoring, and email support answered within one business day. Tuning and content updates differ by plan: one a month on Basic, two on Pro, on demand on Pro Max. Your own telephony and carrier charges are not included.
How are payments made?
The setup fee is 50 percent to begin and 50 percent on go-live. Monthly plans are billed in advance. In Bangladesh payment is by bank transfer or bKash; internationally by bank transfer or Wise.
